    NASA’s main launch operations center, located on Florida’s eastern central coast, Kennedy Space Center (KSC) has been the point of origin for most of NASA’s planetary exploration missions and all of its manned launches. The Juno spacecraft was launched from KSC on Aug. 5, 2011.
