The feature, very likely a plume above Io's volcano Prometheus, is well-perceptible over at least eight consecutive JunoCam images.

A brighter feature along the terminator, and visible below Prometheus in about five of the images, coincides with the position of Tohil Mons near 160°W 30°S.
