We need to capture this feature!
I agree that this is an important feature and the first time that a spacecraft will be in a position to observe a recent upwelling, and - in fact - the results of two upwellings if one considers the propagating turbulence in the North Equatorial Belt that began just before PJ2. I urge voting for the region. This is a very auspicious coincidence and we're extremely lucky to have this opportunity!
This is the mid-SEB outbreak that appeared on 2016 Dec.29 - a dramatic outbreak of white ‘rifts’ (convective storms) which is spreading rapidly through the S. Equatorial Belt in 2017 Jan.
